Andrew is a graduate of the National Film and Television School and has subsequently set up his own production company St Maur Pictures Ltd. Andrew was the recipient of a full scholarship to attend the NFTS from the prestigious Pinewood Studios. Andrew has background in producing shorts for television broadcast for Chanel 4, BBC and Creative England. Alongside this Andrew has produced a number of independent short films.
A number of his films have gone on to screen at BAFTA/OSCAR qualifying festivals including: London Short Film Festival, Austin International Film Festival, Nashville Film Festival, Aesthetica Film Festival and Bolton Film Festival. With awards coming from Norwich Film Festival, Winchester Film Festival, Rome International Film Festival and Irish Animation Awards. He recently acted as an associate producer on two financed European co-production short films. At the start of 2021 he was production manager for a short film financed by Epic Games and Double Negative that utilised new Virtual Production technology, one of the first to be shot in the UK. He has several short films on the festival circuit. Including two films supported by the NFTS and Prime Video. In 2023 Andrew’s debut feature ‘Little English’ was released in Cinemas after support from the BFI Audience Award fund. “Little English’ is now available on major streaming platforms.
